Motorsport specialists RML Group and Bald Spot Sports (BSS) have teamed-up to distribute a revolutionary race seat across the UK and continental Europe.

Based in Indiana, USA, BSS produces the CreasorbT Multi Impact and CreafoamT Single Impact seats for professional drivers and enthusiasts, which are technologically superior, feature unrivalled safety benefits, and are now available in Europe exclusively from RML.

Both seats are manufactured using a special granular bead system that can be fitted to any competition vehicle, and uses a unique system that absorbs impact forces before they can act on the body of a driver. The seats are manufactured using two new foams, Creafoam and Creasorb.

The CreafoamT Single Impact seat is available as a boxed kit in several sizes, and features:

• Improved energy management over normal polystyrene seats;
• Better driver comfort and support from greater dimensional stability;
• Longer cure time allows first-time exact fit;
• Lightweight, typically 2kg

The CreasorbT Multi Impact seat requires initial 3D scanning, and features:

• The seat's unique elastic properties retain it's integrity after multiple impacts;
• Two-part construction - CreasorbT outer shell with replaceable CreaformT or CreasorbT central plug;
• The back and neck of drivers are given maximum protection thanks to the CreaformT central plug;
• Driver comfort is improved using CreasorbT, and allows intricate shapes to be formed with smoother surface textures. 
• The seat is digitally scanned and stored meaning new plugs and seats can be made without another fitting.
