This year we will be reintroducing our General Graduate Training scheme, and will be taking on a Graduate from an Engineering Discipline from this years cohort.
The aim of the scheme is to provide a future potential management candidate whether that be project, team or department management.
The Graduate training scheme will involve 3 years of training encompassing, a year in customer support, a year in operations management and a year in engineering.
At the completion of the training period an assessment will be carried out to identify the most suitable career direction for the successful candidate.
Applicants will have a keen interest in motorsport and have a good understanding of vehicle sub-systems. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be computer literate and have knowledge of MRP systems.
