RML created and managed the ultimate customer experience for Mercedes Benz, with the SLR Club Trophy. In 1955 in perhaps his greatest drive ever, Stirling Moss won the Mille Miglia in a 300 SLR, and his start time? 7.22am.

When Mercedes-Benz wanted to build the ultimate version of the SLR McLaren, the 722 GT, it chose RML to make this vision a reality. RML made more than 400 individual mechanical, interior and exterior parts. Shaved 400 kg off the SLR’s weight, and released an additional 30 bhp, giving the 722 GT a 0-60 mph time of under 3.5 seconds.

RML provided a turnkey VIP customer experience for Mercedes Benz running 21 cars in the SLR Club Trophy race series. In so doing RML helped re-create the legend of 722.
